Game Bird Processing Supplies
Supplies I use in my "Game Bird Processing"(Pheasant, Turkey, Duck, Quail, etc.) Video are Listed Below.
Short, stronger blades on the scissors are best. You can spend quite a bit on a good pair of scissors or shears, but, I wouldn't. Here's Some that I Would Use.

I use this Bird's Beak Knife. Be careful, it is scary sharp.
